Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is associated with extreme mood swings due to depression and mania. It is best known as manic depressive disorder. Patients with bipolar disorder can become depressed that may cause hopelessness, losing interest and displeasure in most activities. When the mood shifts to other direction they get feeling of euphoria and excessive energy. There are a large number of cases when depression and mania occur at the same time.
